Our Development Objectives

The most productive form of agriculture on the planet.

The AquaDev initiative was founded to apply the Aquaponics technology as a revolution in soil-less farming across developing countries facing challenges from climate change. Aquaponics is known as a technique for combining hydroponics and aquaculture in a system that cultivates plants in recirculated aquaculture water. It provides the development and nature of soil-less culture and general aquaculture. Using this sustainable technique for agricultural development will change the lives of impoverished communities all over the world.

1.Build a sustainable & affordable small application aquaponics system to address challenges of food security and climate change facing farmers in the Huanuco region

2. Train and educate local communities/farmers to be able to replicate the model to develop their own Aquaponics systems while strengthening community members to respond to effects of climate change

3. Promote environmentally friendly and sustainable farming practices with local farmers, community partners and organizations.
